		<description>Hi, yes great summary, I am a big fan of the Jivamukti method, it is a vigorous practise. Classes include Vinyasa, hands-on adjustments, breathing, meditation, chanting with very inspiring teachers.
But just found out about KALARI YOGA, which is not part of the list yet. I am going to try it out this week and will keep you updated, how it was and which category it falls into.
Kalari Yoga is a mystical tantric form of Yoga which evolved from Vadakkan Sampradayam (Northern Style Kalarippayat) and cannot be seperated from Kalarippayat. According to legend its purpose in the practice was to combine the advantages of Hatha Yoga with those of Kalarippayat to enhance the physical and spiritual growth of the Kalari-warriors of medieval Kerala.</description>

		<description>Yoga is probably the most difficult type of exercise I have ever tried. It's funny to listen to people make fun of yoga, but if they ever tried to actually do yoga they might change their tone. I think yoga is great to incorporate into any type of exercise or sport, especially martial arts!</description>

		<description>Wow! Laughter really is the best medicine! I have noticed that when I laugh, I feel better: I'm happy, livelier, less stressed. I'm interested in Dr. Kataria's "Laughter Clubs;" it's too bad they're all in India-- he should set some up in the U.S. Once we all figure out that all we need is to laugh, people will be effective  in their lives and much less stressed. Thanks for this article; it's really insightful!</description>

		<description>Wow!  I didn't realize that there are so many different types of Yoga.  I found the list very helpful, but it would be nice also to add a little about the technique or the focus of the technique.  Also, you could put a link right next to the different types of yoga to help the reader to expand their own knowledge easily.

I really enjoyed the video clip of laughter yoga.  It really brought some joy into my day seeing all those lovely faces.:-D

		<description>This is great! I've long known that laughter is a good way to change my state. Often when I'm feeling sick but I decide to go out and meet friends anyway, as soon as we get together and start telling stories and laughing, my sickness goes away! It really is effective.</description>
