Yoga works wonders for the good health of a human and for the ones who are new to yoga and are thinking of beginning the yoga sessions this is really going to help. Before beginning with the sessions one must first understand that yoga takes time to show the results unlike any other types of exercises. Also gather all the necessary yoga accessories to obtain the complete benefits of yoga. There are different types of yoga practice that are suitable for beginners.

Basic types of yoga pose for beginners

Cobra Pose

This is a back bend pose that has you lying down on your stomach with the palms resting close to your chest. Lift your shoulders and chest backwards as much as possible with the elbows bent. Be sure to keep the neck in a position that is neutral and maintain the position for a few seconds and return to the original position.

Corpse Pose

This particular pose helps in the relaxation of the mind and body. This is a simple position where you just have to lie down on a flat surface with face upward. Close your eyes and concentrate on the pose. Take deep breaths and remain in the position for about ten to fifteen minutes only to realize how relaxed and fresh you feel.

Sitting pose

This is another type of yoga practice where you sit down on a flat surface with the legs widely spread forward. Rest your hands on the floor with the torso slightly inclined. But make sure the arms and the spine are in straight position with the head straight or slightly tilted towards either of the shoulder.
