The most powerful affirmations are positive, and are designed by you in your own voice .

Positive affirmations are supposed to be said daily.

The subconscious mind picks up on these new positive affirmations and before you know it you and your subconscious mindbegin tobelieve them.

Once you absorb the new positive affirmations your subconscious mind then begins to help you achieve your outcome .

You can recite positive affirmations from a web site or listen to some affirmations that are recorded. You can even get positive affirmations to recite daily from a book. All of these will work .

The most powerful positive affirmations that you can recite daily come from you, and are in your own voice .

Your mind is used to saying things a certain way . You think in a certain way. Your subconscious mind is accustomed to the way you think. So when you design a positive affirmation and then recite it daily, your mind and subconscious mind accept these more easily .

To create positive affirmations that you can recite every day start by thinking about what you desire , not what you don’t want. For example: saying – I don’t want to lose my job – is poor because you’re concentrating on what you don’t want – which creates negative attraction energy. So thing about   what you want, which is to keep your position . So a positive daily affirmation would be: I’m keeping my job. This positive affirmation concentrated on what you want .

Keep your positive daily affirmations short and easy to remember . Repeat them to yourself as often as possible . Say them as many times as you can . Each person is different and the more you say them the sooner you’ll see changes .

The shorter they are the easier they’ll be to recall – and you want to remember to say them a lot .

Long winded affirmations from old books are too wordy and difficult to remember .
Keep the positive affirmations in your own voice .

Be sure the positive affirmations that you say daily are in the present tense. Your subconscious mind only knows the present tense. Saying “I will… or I’m going to…” is useless . Keep them in the present active tense.

Give your affirmations a pace and rhythm . Have some fun with them .

Don’t expect miracles when reciting positive daily affirmations. This is just one technique. You should apply with many self-improvement techniques in order to create improvements sooner .

Recite affirmations when you go to bed at night and first thing when you wake, these are times when your subconscious mind is more open to the information and the mind will put up less resistance .

In the beginning your mind won’t accept your new positive affirmations. But as you say them daily , it will accept them.

Feel free to changes your affirmations until you feel they are focused on what you desire and easy to remember .

Keep your positive affirmations fresh , so change them after several months and track your progress. If you’re not getting results change the affirmations and work with oither exercises .
